Refund policy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery, Contracts for the delivery of goods, which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, Contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence, Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery, Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Optional extended return policy
In addition to the legally mandated 14-day period, we offer an extended 100-day return policy, which allows you to return items up to 100 days after receiving them, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
